Cardiacs stuff for sale.

Postby Foma2 » Thu Jan 14, 2010 13:44

Hello all. In case you're wondering I used to be on here as foma but had to create a new account. Anyway, got to move house soon and need to get rid of some things. As I'm not a collector all of it has been well used. If anyone's interested in making me an offer for anything (or the lot) send me a pm. Cheers.

Maresnest VHS (good condition)
Is This The Life 7" (good)
Big Ship EP with insert (found at boot sale - poor condition though sleeve and insert ok)
Susannah's Still Alive 12" (well played)
Cardiacs Live LP (well played)
Night Tracks EP (pretty good condition)
Day Is Gone 12" with insert (well played) and Sea Nymphs single (good)
Heaven Born And Ever Bright LP with insert (well played but not bad)
On Land And In The Sea LP with insert (well played)
Rude Bootleg LP with insert (very good apart from one scratch)

You should get that lot on ebay. Sell everything individually, bigshipiron could pay for your new house :D
Nice that you've come here first, want everything to go to a good home rather than some rich mans rented warehouse?

Yep. Can't really be bothered with ebay on this occasion to be honest.

Bill's working on another album as we speak, though sadly I can't be involved. I've heard the work in progress and it's lovely. He's working with Dug from the NSRO and their voices are a match made in heaven. I'm moving to Yorkshire to look after my mother who's having an operation; after that I'll be roadying with Anathema for the rest of the year. I'm not a huge fan of their music but they're lovely blokes and so far I've been to twenty five countries with them. There's worse jobs. By the way, don't be shy if you're interested in anything I'm selling. I just want to get rid.

Foma, I'd love to help as I like to find good homes as well for Cardiacs doubles that come my way. Unfortunately, (for you, not me :) ) I've got all the vinyl on your list and the VHS.

And so have I, sadly.
Hello little doggy,
My, you are a nice dog,
What did you just say then?
You could do some tricks! Oh, good, then will you show me?
My word that's a good one!
Would you like a cigarette?
No you can't, they're bad for you!

my old band toured with them for a month back in '94
