cheers pet lamb-its nice to find fans of Cardiacs -and cardiacs fans are decent.

when i mention Cardiacs to people in the real world, they don't know what i'm on about.

i live in a town where unfortunatly people are not very open minded-very townie-i get the pee taken out of me for being individual and not havin the same taste's as everyone else-basically commercial rubbish and the fact i hate TV.and i ain't going to change myself to suit everybody else. :D

I think you would agree that we have a forum full of 'individuals'...who are all lovely people...and we don't judge each other on here...we like everyone just as we are...well, except for spats of 'friendly banter' of course...

Yep been there done that Dont let the B******Ds get yer down lad .i had the same senario and it drove me nuts but one day years later i bumped into someone who poo pooed my ideas on life years back and they said that they secretly admired where i was coming from but didnt have the balls to step out of the rut at that stage just remember these wise words....
follow the herd and you will end up at the slaughterhouse......
and
if you think im strange how do you think the rest of the world looks to me?
but i digress back to my five things
1 They always sound fresh and different in a drab world( if i hadnt been put on to cardiacs i would have got bored with music by now im sure)
2 Theres always something new to discover no matter how many times you listen to the albums be it a funny noize a voice in the background etc(listen to it on a couple of different stereos and things appear from knowwhere)
3 They go their own way not just where the money is
4 They are our little secret and that makes us special by default
5 They spawn creativity........... just look at the number of Musos present on this board
Yet more mis-spelled long winded waffle without Grammar

I'm sad...because firstly I don't know where to start and where to end.
Describing why I like them is just....well, almost impossible cause I have no words to describe them...
I'm just speechless...It seems that you've said it all I guess.
Secondly my english sucks, I know that's not an excuse!
But I just can't manage to cough up all those fine exquisite english words that are needed for describing the best band ever!
(I guess that's about five lines then)

Do it in Dutch! We'll just scratch our chins and nod intelligently.

(Your Engilsh doesn't suck by the way!)
