Another great item in The Museum, the master tape of 'Is this the Life', recorded April 1981.

That's really good. Can't he come to Bristol and sort out our subways?
Hello little doggy,
My, you are a nice dog,
What did you just say then?
You could do some tricks! Oh, good, then will you show me?
My word that's a good one!
Would you like a cigarette?
No you can't, they're bad for you!

Be prepared for some new items in the Museum the coming weeks. To kick off an old Cardiac Arrest flyer. Does anyone know what year this was ?

I just looked back through my Outlook calendar and the last time there was a Thursday, February 14th in Cardiac Arrest's time was 1980. So, 1980. :bear:

I'm sure most people looked at it - we're perhaps mostly too young or too relatively new to Cardiacs to know the answer - is all... Keep the new material flying in please!

More is always appreciated, just don't know much about stuff that's that early.

I've also just found this page on the Museum: http://www.cardiacs.org/exhibits/discog ... rrest.html

Interesting stuff! Do you know what that extra track sounds like?

EDIT: http://www.cardiacs.org/exhibits/discog ... hbaby.html - just noticed that this lists the wrong tracks in the text, it has the text for the "Appealing to Venus" CD :)

That master tape is priceless. I've never heared the extra track, only a handful of people have, so it seems. I hope they will extract it sometime from the tape and remaster it somehow.

Thanks for pointing out the error ! It's very likely there are more mistakes on the site. I'm glad that someone is paying attention

I'd imagine it would be! I just wasn't sure who in the museum received it and if they played it when they had it :P It would be amazing to hear it, the ultimate Cardiacs rare song.

Glad that my attentive eye is appreciated
