So what exactly IS the grail then if this 7 track demo is just a grail shaped beacon?

Yes, I nearly did a simple " " post there, very rare. It's nice when people make the effort isn't it.

Wow, some of those tracks were either renamed or were never used again. Cheers for that! :D

A new gem in the collection: the very first Spratleys Japs tape of the 'Pony' cd that saw the light of day almost two years later, by the hand of the master himself:

Wow, wouldn't that tape be nice to find in your mailbox.

Funny song titles, are there unreleased tunes there or just unsettled working titles? 'Quickbrew', I like that.
Do you know what I mean to say
I meant to say to you today
A day goes by I try thats why
I try to speak to you today

No unreleased songs i believe, but some songs are totally different from the cd and a lot of swearing by Tim.

Alternate dead mice and spratleys japs, unreleased 7 song demos.. I never heard of any of this until checking this thread just now, and I'm very envious. Any chance our ears might be able to have a gander at some of this stuff someday?

Later.
Knowing that thing is sat there silently in a 'museum' is making me a little agitated; it's at the back of my mind. Thankyou.
