Sounds like the previously CD-R copies might be new pressings, pleasingly...

Any further comments on this, those of you who have received CD's from the new shop? I bought "On land..." and "All that glitters..." from the old site a couple of years ago, and while the latter is a printed CD the former is a CD-R (with printed label, but still a CD-R - with that typical greenish shade).

It would be interesting to know if any of the newly arrived copies are CD-Rs... Before I spend ridiculous amounts of money in the shop.

They all look like proper CDs - all silvery, no greenish/purplish tinge that you seem to get on CD-Rs anyway

The shop is updated! Mares Nest is there and on DVD! Shirts are back in stock! You can get a tote bag (I didn't..)! My order is finally placed! In for a Little Man 25th for the sake of lyrics and non CD-R, Mares Nest on CD to replace my old worn out copy, and also on DVD to finally own, and probably my 4th or 5th t-shirt with the same Little Man design since I've been a fan, and hopefully I've finally ordered it in the right size. Maybe next time I'll finally go in for a daisy. Exchange rates have made me a little sad, but also happy to throw money Tim's way. Hooray!

And so for five years, history ceased to be created by Cardiacs. Unless we consider the undignified shenanigans of Tim Smith who ‘fell’ into a pool filled with shit and is still crawling and scratching his way out of it. The ALPHABET BUSINESS CONCERN wishes it to be known that, whilst maintaining complete control of his artistic output, they disassociate themselves ENTIRELY with his recent illness and, in fact, fail to recognise it as an excuse for not fulfilling his duties.

I can confirm that The Seaside and Heaven Born and Ever Bright are 100% silver CD, not CD-R.
