R Stevie Moore

I'm probably being very ignorant about someone you've all known about for years, but I'll risk it. Just heard him for the first time mere minutes ago. Many little touches of accidental similarity, might appeal to you... "I Like to Stay Home" (1986) http://youtu.be/v1MfeLx6Uds "Little ...

Re: The Return of the Radio Twitchings

Yes, that Two Fingers :)

After the first two LPs, I sat out for Stunt Rhythms but I'll be back on the next one.

Re: The Return of the Radio Twitchings

This is a might-be-Twitching, so we'll see what happens. I'm half of a duo called Two Fingers, and I'm going to be on Lauren Laverne's BBC 6Music show on Friday morning to talk about a Memory Tape that they asked us to put together. It's an imaginary compilation of tracks that are linked with events...

Re: Buttons for eyes Cardiacs Merchandise.

I was wearing my new LMAAH t-shirt while buying gifts in Brighton on Christmas Eve. A man walking towards me pointed at my chest and said "I'm wearing the same shirt!", fatally adding the words " I'll show you ". I don't think a man has ever regretted leaving the house in a scarf...

Re: Buttons for eyes Cardiacs Merchandise.

Anyone who was disappointed by the Out Of Stock signs on the "Little Man..." shirts needs to dive back in that shop now. Orders are open again on those sizes, tell your friends and enemies http://buttonsforeyes.co.uk/cardiacs.php I thought they were 'limited edition of 50' ? Yeah I don't ...

I reckon you've opened a can of worms there, so to speak! While I'd love to see the CDs on sale again, so all the people I introduce don't have to go to AACs on iTunes, that would be a neverending obligation for the poor soul who would take it on.

Re: Buttons for eyes Cardiacs Merchandise.

Nooooo! Out of stock! When will you have more of the black Little Man shirts? I don't fancy the Xmas one, but I will gladly buy the normal shirt (and might even be back for another). Surely you can't mean this? limited to 50 peices, there will be no more printed! Nobody would be so cruel. Would they...

Re: The Arts and Artists thread

I keep a blog of links here: http://chapmanlinks.wordpress.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; It's mostly stuff by other people, and it's not as broad as other art blogs because it's mainly aimed at illustrators. At the time of writing this post, you can see a few of my things on pa...

Re: THERE NOW FOLLOWS AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF GREAT IMPORTANCE FROM T

Got the podcast to play far enough to get to the discussion about Mr. Smith. I don't normally get too emotional in situations like this because there's no true personal connection to the musician, so I'd more consider the situation to be sad (rather than feel properly sad myself) and move on. This i...

Having trouble playing this and it won't download as a complete file - can anyone upload a mirror version please? Feeling very sad at what I've read here.

Re: MAX TUNDRA

Always bought the odd single and EP here and there since Children At Play, but foolishly didn't pay close enough attention which means I missed gems like this:

Time to catch up and buy his LPs now I think :)
